Patient Portal

Once you've scheduled an appointment & provided us with your email address, you'll receive an email to set-up your Patient Portal.  A temporary password will be assigned & you can then input your own password.  

This is a great tool to access your lab results, schedule an appointment with your doctor, communicate with our office staff, review your medication list, update your personal information (address, phone, email), and update your insurance information.  You'll have access to your statements & can make a payment or take care of your co-pay prior to your visit.  

TIP: The Healow App can be downloaded on your smart device for free & is basically another version of your Patient Portal.  You'll use the same log-in info as your Patient Portal.
